Welcome to Select Start! By dining at or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. General Information

1.1 These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Select Start, including dining in, takeout, and delivery services.
1.2 Select Start reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Reservations and Dining

2.1 Reservations are subject to availability. While we strive to honor all bookings, delays may occur.
2.2 Guests are requested to arrive on time. Reservations may be held for up to 15 minutes unless otherwise communicated.
2.3 Dress code and behavior must align with our restaurant’s standards. Management reserves the right to deny entry or service for inappropriate behavior.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Prices for menu items and services are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made at the time of purchase using cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted payment methods.
3.3 Gratuities are optional but appreciated. For groups of six or more, an automatic service charge may apply.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations for reservations should be made at least [timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] in advance.
4.2 Refunds for pre-paid bookings or events are subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

6.1 Gift cards are redeemable only at Select Start and are non-refundable.
6.2 Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Terms for specific promotions are detailed on respective materials.

7. Liability

7.1 Select Start is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the consumption of our food or the use of our services.
7.2 Patrons are responsible for personal belongings while on restaurant premises.

8.1 We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during reservations or payments is used solely for providing services and is not shared with third parties.
